El taRasco Chile in crockpot

 

Kosher salt

 

Beef broth, 2 cartons

 

1 or 2 cups El Tarasco salsa

 

Black pepper.

 

Chipotle pepper.

 

Cayenne pepper to taste.

 

Three types of beans, a total of four cans.

 

3 pounds of ground Chuck.

 

Soya sauce.

 

Cup of red wine.

 

Crushed tomatoes

 

small sweet onion

 

garlic

 

cilantro

 

Ham hock

 

Ground beef can be browned in skillet if desired, but retain grease. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high.  Beans can be left to add at the last if desired. Cook overnight, serve with cheese or sour cream.
