El Porto Scramble (Chatonís Favorite)



13 eggs.

One quarter pound cheddar cheese.

Two big handfuls bean sprouts.

One half cup of Kult Terasco salsa.



Heat up iron skillet until very hot, coating with olive oil.

Stare in bean sprouts with soy sauce and stir fry for two to three minutes.

Stir in the egg mixture and the Kult salsa, breaking yokes and mixing all but not scrambling the eggs, fool.

When the omelette begins to get it hard on one side break it up into four pieces, and turn them over in the skillet to cook the other side.† About a minute before itís done, put the cheese on and let it melt into the omelette.†


Serve with small dogs and beer.
